Densmore Folic'Expert 5-MTHF 90 Tablets is a dietary supplement based on folic acid 5-MTHF Quatrefolic, vitamins B6 and B12, specially formulated to meet the folic acid needs of women wanting children and throughout the 1st trimester of pregnancy. It provides 600 μg of 5-MTHF per tablet.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet a day to be swallowed with a glass of water, at least one month before conception and during the first three months of pregnancy.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The presence of methylcobalamin may lead to the appearance of blackheads on the tablet, but this in no way affects the quality of the product. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. filling agent: sorbitol, film-coating agents: calcium carbonate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, isomalt and medium-chain triglycerides, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin b6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate), vitamin b12 (methylcobalamin), vitamin b9 (5-mthf-glucosamine).
