Boiron Mag'300+ 160 Tablets is more than just magnesium.

- It provides 300 mg per day of magnesium, equivalent to 80% of the NRV.
- It provides vitamins B2, B5, B6, B9, B12 and PP which contribute to fatigue reduction.
- And vitamins B1, B6, B12 and PP which contribute to normal neurological and psychological functions.
- Vitamins B6, B12 and PP contribute to the reduction of fatigue and to normal neurological and psychological functions.

Directions for use
Adult and teenager: swallow 2 tablets at the end of breakfast and 2 tablets at the end of dinner. Renewable 20-day programme.
