Berocca Energy 60 Tablets is a dietary supplement which combines the vitamins and minerals (zinc and magnesium) you need to help you regain your physical and mental energy.

Directions for use
1 tablet a day to be taken with a glass of water, as part of a 30-day programme, renewable if necessary.

Precautions for use
To be used in addition to a varied and balanced diet, and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women. Keep out of reach of young children. This product is not suitable for people with kidney problems. If you are taking any medication or are on medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking the product. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Composition
ascorbic acid, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium oxide, lactose, film coating (coating agents: e464, e463, bulking agent: rice starch, e460, stabiliser: e570, colourings: e172), nicotinamide, stabilisers: polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, zinc citrate, calcium pantothenate, bulking agent: mannitol, thiamine nitrate, anti-caking agents/coating agents: talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin, cyanocobalamin 0.1%.
