Descriptions
Berocca Boost 20 Effervescent Tablets supports physical fitness and mental activity thanks to vitamin C, which helps reduce fatigue, and zinc, which contributes to normal cognitive function.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet a day, dissolved in a large glass of water, preferably before 4pm. For occasional use, repeat on days when needed.

Precautions for use
Not recommended for children, Teenagers and pregnant or breast-feeding women. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are taking medication or are being treated with medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this product. Contains aspartame (source of phenylalanine). Contains caffeine (75mg/tablet). Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take in combination with ephedrine, ephedra or other stimulants.
