Directions for use
When you feel the ‘rush’ coming on, take one tablet of product with a little water (1 stick per day).

Precautions for use
Only for adults. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women due to the presence of caffeine (40 mg/cp). Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
