Directions for use
Oral route. For adults only. Take 2 capsules in the morning for at least 3 months, renewable several times a year, particularly at the change of season. Swallow the capsules with a large glass of water during breakfast.

Recommendations
It is recommended to use Forcapil several times a year, particularly at seasonal changes. Also suitable for pregnant and breast-feeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of small children. A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
