Directions for use
From the age of 15. 2 sprays under the tongue 3 times a day. You can take all 6 sprays at once before a stressful event. Shake well before each use. On first use, prime the pump with 5-6 sprays. A slight deposit due to the natural nature of the product may appear, but this does not affect the quality of the product. This bottle contains approximately 120 sprays, equivalent to 20 days' use.

Precautions for use
Do not use during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. If you are taking anticoagulants, ask your doctor for advice. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
