Arkopharma Arkorelax Sleep Flexi-Doses 60 Mini Sublingual Tablets is your tailor-made sleep solution, in mini doses to be adapted according to your specific needs, for a good night's sleep in all circumstances.

Directions for use
- Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5mg of melatonin, i.e. 1 tablet under the tongue just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and the few days following the day of arrival at your destination.
- Sleeping: 1 tablet under the tongue before going to bed or during the night. You can take up to 3 tablets as required.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended during pregnancy or while breast-feeding, or for children and adolescents under the age of 15. Adolescents over the age of 15 should only use it occasionally. If you are undergoing medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), ask your doctor for advice. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Keep out of the reach of young children. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store at a temperature below 25°C, away from light and moisture.
