Directions for use
Oral route. From the age of 15. Take 2 capsules in a single dose with a meal and a large glass of water. If necessary, take up to 3 capsules a day.

Recommendations
Not recommended during pregnancy and breast-feeding in the absence of sufficient data. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
