Arkogelules Evening Primrose Oil 60 capsules is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and promotes comfort for women during the premenstrual period.

Directions for use
Oral route. From the age of 12. Take 3 capsules in a single dose with a meal and a large glass of water, 10 days a month during the second half of the female cycle.

Recommendations
Do not use during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. Store at a temperature below 25°C, away from light and moisture.
