Alvityl Vitality 50+ 30 Effervescent Tablets is a dietary supplement specifically developed to meet the needs of the over-50s: an adapted dosage of vitamins, minerals and plants to provide the body with the resources it needs to fill up on vitality. Its effervescent tablet dissolves easily in water for better tolerance and assimilation of the active ingredients. Alvityl Vitality 50+ contains 12 vitamins and 8 minerals, combined with ginseng, lutein and bilberry. Its unique formula combines these active ingredients in optimal doses to:
- Contribute to reducing fatigue and to the body's normal energy metabolism thanks to vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, iron and magnesium.
- Contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system thanks to vitamins A, D, zinc, iron, copper and selenium.
- Contribute to normal bone structure thanks to vitamin D.
- Help maintain normal vision thanks to vitamins A, B2 and zinc.
- Contribute to normal intellectual performance thanks to vitamin B5.

Alvityl Vitality 50+ contains no sugar, iodine or chromium, and no preservatives or artificial colourings. Its formula also contains no lactose or gluten and can therefore be used by people who are intolerant to them.

Directions for use
Adults: 1 effervescent tablet a day to be dissolved in a large glass of water (250 ml), preferably in the morning or with a meal. Recommended for a minimum of one month, renewable several times a year.

Precautions for use
Read the leaflet before use. Prolonged use for more than 3 months is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take on an empty stomach. Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
