3M Set for Post-Operative Wounds < 5 cm is a cleaning and covering set for sutured, non-infected wounds smaller than 5cm. Includes a sterile transparent adhesive plaster: 3M Tegaderm Film. It is available in 3 versions: wounds under 5 cm, 10 cm and wounds over 10 cm.

Directions for use
Be sure to read the instructions for use before use.

Set composition
- 1 instructions for use.
- 3 sterile adhesive plasters Medipore +PAD ( 10x10, 10x 15 or 10x25 cm).
- 3 transparent sterile adhesive plasters Tegaderm Film (10x12, 15x20 or20x30 cm).
- 3 waste bags.
- 3 sterile blister packs containing: 1 waterproof absorbent drape 1 side, 2 dissecting forceps, 5 non-woven compresses (7.5 x 7.5 or10 x 10 cm).
