Directions for use
Agitate the bottle before use. This bath can be used at any time of day. In the evening, it helps you to relax and fall asleep. 3 to 4 capfuls once the bath is full. Moderate heat: approximately 35 to 37°C. Duration: 15 to 20 minutes.
