Vitavea Hydrafresh Hydration & Energy Peach 20 Effervescent Tablets promote normal muscle function, optimal energy metabolism, support the immune system and help reduce fatigue. The combination of essential minerals and vitamins helps to maintain an optimal water balance and prevent dehydration, while providing an energy boost. Sugar-free.

Directions for use
Take 2 tablets a day to be dissolved in a large glass of water (150 ml), to be consumed quickly after preparation.

Precautions for use
Does not replace the recommended 2 litres of water a day. Not recommended for children under 10. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store preferably in a cool, dry place. Consume as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
