Descriptions
Vitaflor Fragrant Verbena Leaves 50 g is traditionally used to help find a better night's sleep and reduce irritability.

Directions for use
- In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your taste, to fully release the flavours and benefits of the plant.
- In decoction: plunge the plant into water and bring to the boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
- In maceration: pour the plant into cold water for several hours then filter.

To be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children under the age of 12.
