Virbac Sebolytic Shampoo 250 ml cleanses the skin and is recommended as an essential complementary care in the treatment of dermatoses associated with keratoseborrheic disorders, in dogs and cats.

Properties
- Virbac Sebolytic Shampoo is a complementary care in the treatment of dermatoses associated with keratoseborrhoeic disorders. Animals suffering from keratoseborrhoeic disorders may present with disorders of keratinisation (excess scales, dry skin) and/or seborrhoea (excess sebum, oily skin) and secondary microbial proliferation.
- Virbac Sebolytic Shampoo incorporates innovative ingredients to help:
- regulate sebum production (zinc gluconate + free and encapsulated vitamin B6).
- eliminate excess dandruff (salicylic acid).
- control microbial proliferation by respecting the microbial balance of the skin's ecosystem (glycotechnology Virbac - piroctone olamine).
- reduce pruritus (melaleuca essential oil).

Spherulites, a patented encapsulation system, allow a gradual and controlled release of ingredients into the skin, even after rinsing. Glycotechnology Virbac is an exclusive combination of monosaccharides and alkyl poly glucosides. It limits the adhesion of micro-organisms (anti-adhesive effect), in particular staphylococcus pseudintermedius and pseudomonas aeruginosa, and malassezia pachydermatis. It helps to preserve non-irritated skin (anti-irritant effect).

Directions for use
Wet your pet's coat with lukewarm water. Apply the amount recommended by your veterinary using the measuring cup. Shampoo your pet's coat 2 times in succession, leaving for at least 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water. Your veterinary surgeon has recommended this shampoo. Follow his recommendations. 2 to 3 applications per week may be necessary.

Precautions for use
For external use only. Formulated to minimise any risk of skin reactions. Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 30°C. Causes serious eye damage. Harmful to aquatic organisms, causes long-term adverse effects. If a doctor is consulted, keep the container or label available. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of the bottle in accordance with local and national legislation.
