Venimex Venom Pump is a self-releasing venom suction pump developed and patented by Cooper. Venimex, made in France, is a must-have for first-aid kits to combat venomous stings and bites. It sucks up venoms injected by insects (wasps, bees, etc.) or other venomous animals (snakes, spiders, scorpions, etc.) to limit their spread in the body. Venimex can be used without the help of a third party, on any person who has been stung or bitten (adult, child, elderly person, etc.), and is a 1st aid measure, while waiting for medical attention.

Directions for use
Venimex is a venom pump, making it possible, in the event of a sting / bite, to limit envenomation. <Venimex is a first aid solution. In the most serious cases (people at risk, etc.), medical advice is still essential. Thanks to its automatic triggering system, Venimex can be used with just one hand: 3 seconds and a single gesture are all it takes to trigger the pump and initiate suction. Whatever the type of venomous bite or sting, it's vital to remain calm: excitement speeds up the spread of venom in the bloodstream and can aggravate the envenomation. Use Venimex with the most suitable tip (prefer the small tip for uneven surfaces such as the knee) according to the descriptions in the leaflet. The application time for Venimex depends on the type of sting/bite:
- 1 minute for insect stings or spider bites.
- 3 to 5 minutes for live bites.
In the case of a bee sting, apply Venimex without removing the stinger. This facilitates extraction of the venom.

To remove Venimex, tilt the pump until an air inlet is created in the nozzle, then clean the wound with an antiseptic (do not use alcohol).

Precautions for use
Store Venimex in its case, in a dry place, at room temperature. Only the tips may be cleaned and immersed in water.
