Valdispert Fast Sleep 1 mg 50 Orodispersible Tablets is specially designed to help you fall asleep more quickly. Thanks to its orodispersible tablet form, it releases melatonin in 1 minute, promoting rapid action in the body.

Directions for use
Take a single tablet to melt on the tongue, without water, 15 minutes before bedtime.

Precautions for use
Only for adults. Not recommended for people suffering from an auto-immune or inflammatory disease, epilepsy or asthma, pregnant or breast-feeding women and people suffering from mood, behavioural or personality disorders. People undergoing medical treatment/monitoring should seek medical advice before taking this product. Avoid taking this product when you have to carry out an activity requiring sustained vigilance (driving a car, using machinery, etc.). Occasional use. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Composition
filling agent (mannitol), maize starch, filling agent (cellulose), melatonin, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), flavourings (vanilla, aniseed - contains milk).
