Synergia Régéderm 40 Capsules is a synergy of Vitamin C, Vitamin E and selenium, helping to protect skin cells from oxidative stress, zinc which helps to maintain normal skin, and essential fatty acids (GLA, EPA and DHA).

Instructions for use
Maintenance treatment: 1 capsule a day to be swallowed after breakfast.
Exposure to the sun: start a fortnight before exposure and continue a fortnight afterwards..

Precautions for use
Oral route. For adults and teenagers. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep away from moisture. This product is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for people with fish or shellfish allergies. If iron is prescribed, take it at a distance from Regederm.

Composition
Virgin evening primrose oil with 9% cla, envelope: fish gelatin, emulsifier: rapeseed oil, humectant: glycerol, fish oil (epa and dha), vitamin c, zinc citrate, natural vitamin e, calcium pantothenate (vit b5), natural carotenoids, water, thickener: beeswax, emulsifier: soya lecithin, gelling agent: colloidal silica, flavouring: orange essential oil, colourings: iron oxide, biotin (vit b8), selenium.
