Synergia D-Stress Day & Night 60 Tablets is a dietary supplement based on melatonin and magnesium that offers a 2-in-1 solution in the form of an attack cure for continuous action 24 hours a day.

- "Day" tablets to manage stress during the day, with liposomal magnesium, taurine, arginine, B vitamins and Bacopa.
- "Night" tablets to soothe and improve the quality of sleep, based on liposomal magnesium, Bacopa, California poppy and melatonin.

Directions for use
Take 2 "Day" tablets: 1 in the morning and 1 at lunchtime.
Take 1 "Night" tablet: in the evening at bedtime.

Precautions for use
Oral route. Keep out of reach of children. Follow the recommended dose. This dietary supplement based on melatonin and magnesium is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant and/or breast-feeding women. - day: microencapsulated magnesium (magnesium, corn starch, sunflower lecithin), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, arginine, bacopa bacognize® dry extract (bacopa monnieri), anti-caking agent : tricalcium phosphate, taurine, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vitamin b3 (nicotinamide), vitamin b5 (calcium panthotenate), vitamin b1 (thiamine), vitamin b2 (riboflavin), vitamin b6 (pyridoxine), vitamin b8 (biotin), vitamin b9 (folic acid).
- night: microencapsulated magnesium (magnesium, corn starch, sunflower lecithin), anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate, dried extract of eschscholtzia californica (Californian poppy), bulking agent : microcrystalline cellulose, colouring: red beetroot juice, dried bacopa bacognize® extract (bacopa monnieri), taurine, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, melatonin.
