Superdiet Hygiaflore Transit Flat Belly 100 Capsules combines plants, brewer's yeast and ferments to help with intestinal transit. Psyllium, the main plant in this formula, is known to contribute to good intestinal transit and a flat belly. Combined with 3 plants, chicory, marshmallow and rosemary as well as brewer's yeast and lactic ferments (bifidobacterium bifidum and lactobacillus acidophilus) which complete this blend.

Directions for use
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, or children under 12. Take 4 capsules a day, up to 7 capsules for optimum effect. Take with a large glass of water.

Not recommended in cases of oesophageal obstruction or gastrointestinal disease. Not recommended in the event of swallowing problems, if you are bedridden or if you are not taking an adequate amount of liquid when swallowing this product, as there is a risk of suffocation. Consult your doctor in the event of biliary or liver disease, in the event of diabetes and before any use. Not recommended in cases of allergy to plants in the compositae family. blond psyllium (seed coat), hydroxypropylmethylcelullose capsule, marshmallow (root), chicory (root), brewer's yeast (gluten), rosemary extract (leaf), rice starch, anti-caking agent : calcium carbonate, tyndalised lactic ferments: bifidobacterium bifidum, lactobacillus acidophilus may contain traces of mustard and sesame seed.
