Superdiet Chia Seeds Organic 200 g is naturally rich in Omega 3, fibre and a source of protein. Alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3) helps maintain normal cholesterol levels.

Directions for use
Adults. Shake sachet well before use. 1 to 2 teaspoons a day (i.e. approximately 4.5 to 9g/day) to be mixed into the food of your choice such as yoghurt, in 2 doses. Close the sachet tightly after opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
