Santé Verte Omega 3 DHA 1000 mg 60 Capsules provide your body with 1038mg of free DHA. Omega 3 are essential fatty acids for the proper functioning of the body, but the human body does not know how to manufacture them, the contribution through food is essential. DHA is the most abundant omega-3 in the brain (particularly in the cerebral cortex) and retina. The foods richest in Omega 3 DHA are oily fish (such as salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring, sardines and anchovies, etc.). Directions for use
Take 1 to 2 capsules a day, swallowed with a large glass of water, ideally during one of the main meals.
