Directions for use
Apply a dab of gel to the targeted areas (back, shoulders, knees, elbows...) and massage until the product is completely absorbed. To avoid staining clothes, it is advisable to leave it to penetrate for 5 to 10 minutes before putting your clothes back on. Adapt the amount of product applied and the frequency of use to the intensity of the warming effect desired, with a maximum of 3 applications per day. Wash your hands immediately after use.
