Descriptions
Sanofi DulcoSoft Constipation 10 Sachets is a gentle laxative. It moisturises and softens hard stools for effective, gentle relief of occasional constipation. Its main ingredient, macrogol 4000, has a mechanical action. It is not absorbed by the body.

Directions for use
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in approximately 150 ml of the hot or cold drink of your choice (still or sparkling water, orange or apple juice, iced or hot tea). It is best to take it all at once in the morning. The recommended dose can be adapted to suit individual needs. It can range from one sachet every two days to two sachets a day. The appropriate dose is the lowest dose that produces regular soft stools. Read the instructions in the leaflet carefully. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

- Adults and children aged 8 years and over
1 to 2 sachets per day. Children under 8 should not use this product. In children, only on medical advice.

- Pregnant and breastfeeding women
It can be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding as the absorption of macrogol 4000 is negligible. Nevertheless, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is advisable to ask your doctor before use.

- Diabetics and people on a low-sodium diet
It is sugar-Free and may therefore be suitable for diabetics. It is also suitable for patients on a low-sodium diet.

Precautions for use
It should not be taken for more than 15 days. If constipation persists, the cause of the constipation should be investigated, consult your doctor.

Composition
1 sachet of 10 g powder for drinkable solution contains 10 g macrogol 4000 (without excipient).
