Salus Floradix Iron + Herbs 250 ml contains organic iron in the form of ferrous gluconate and vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C, which help to reduce fatigue and promote normal energy metabolism. Iron is also involved in the normal formation of red blood cells (a process assisted by vitamins B6 and B12) and haemoglobin. Vitamin C also enhances iron absorption. Floradix liquid contains iron in the form of ferrous gluconate , a particularly assimilable form. Floradix is easy to consume and helps maintain the balance of iron and vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C. Floradix is particularly beneficial for women, including pregnant women. The iron and vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C help to reduce fatigue.

Directions for use
Shake bottle well before use. Use the enclosed measuring cup.
- Adults and children aged 12 and over: 7.5 ml twice a day approximately 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.
- Children 6-12 years: 10 ml per day.
- Children 3-5 years: 5 ml per day.

Composition
Aqueous plant extract (54%) of : carrot root (daucus carota), nettle leaf (urtica dioica), spinach leaf (spinacia oleracea), couch grass rhizome (elymus repens), fennel fruit (foeniculum vulgare), brown seaweed thallus (macrocystis pyrifera), hibiscus flower (hibiscus sabdariffa). blend of concentrated fruit juices (29.4%): pear, grape, blackcurrant juice, blackberry, cherry, orange, red beetroot, carob extract, water, lemon, apple. aqueous yeast extract, honey, aqueous rose hip extract (rosa canina) with 4% vitamin c, ferrous gluconate, wheat germ extract (triticum aestivum), vitamin c (l-ascorbic acid), natural flavourings, vitamin b1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin b2 (riboflavin 5'-sodium phosphate), vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin). Allergens: wheat (gluten).
