Directions for use
Do not wear a menstrual cup for more than 6 hours. To avoid toxic shock syndrome, gynaecologists recommend changing your cup every 4 to 6 hours. Don't sleep with your menstrual cup. Instead, wear sanitary towels at night. Choose the right size menstrual cup. Do not pull on the marker pin. Size 1 for women with a light flow who have not given birth naturally.
