Directions for use
First, adapt the flexible trays to your teeth using the instructions. Place a small amount of Rapid White whitening gel inside the preformed trays. Apply the accelerator to your teeth. Dab the teeth to be whitened with the accelerator. Place the prepared trays in your mouth and press them together, clenching your jaws. Keep the trays in your mouth for 10 minutes. Remove both trays and rinse your mouth thoroughly two or three times, to remove any gel residue.

- the toothpaste contains sodium monofluorophosphate (1000 ppm f).
