With the Quies nasal dilator helping you to improve your breathing during sleep, you sleep better and feel more rested when you wake up. The dilator allows you to optimise the passage of air and nasal breathing, resulting in less snoring, less nasal congestion (colds, allergies, etc.) and better inhalation and exhalation of air through the nose during sport. The dilator has been tested by ENT experts and is recommended by health professionals.

Directions for use
The dilator should be rinsed before and after use. When using for the first time, look at yourself in the mirror to ensure the dilator is inserted correctly. It is correctly positioned when the two wings spread the two nasal cavities apart and the clip, which connects the two wings, touches the nasal septum. Each dilator can be used for a period of 3 months and must be renewed after that time. Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
