What solution to stop snoring?
The principle of the Quies Anti-Snoring Mouth Gutter is to move your jaw forward a few millimetres, allowing the obstructed airways that cause snoring to be cleared.

The anti-snoring orthosis Quies adapts easily to all dental morphologies by thermoforming. Dental impressions can be taken at home in 10 minutes. Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of mandibular advancement orthoses against snoring and moderate sleep apnoea. The Quies orthosis can, in this case, be an effective alternative to the use of continuous positive airway pressure devices.

Directions for use
Easily adapt your mouthpiece to your dentition by following the instructions in the leaflet. Attach a band (see instructions) to the mouthpiece hooks provided. The brace is ready to use.
