Directions for use
Take 1 tablet 3 hours before bedtime with a glass of water. One-off use or 15-night programme.

Precautions for use
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not drive or operate machinery for several hours after taking. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, or for people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases. For people taking medication or suffering from low blood pressure, migraine, epilepsy, asthma, mood, behavioural or personality disorders, seek the advice of a doctor. Do not take for more than 15 consecutive days without medical advice. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
