Puressentiel Muscles & Joints Pure Heat Roller 75 ml helps to soothe stiffness and tension thanks to the immediate and long-lasting sensation of heat it provides. It is the warming self-massage gesture to relieve localised areas (neck, shoulder, knee, calf...).

Directions for use
Shake well before use then apply only to the targeted area. Adapt the amount of product applied to the intensity of the heating effect you want, with a maximum of 1 application per day, i.e. 1.2 g per day = 20 turns of the roller. The roller ball is ideal for self-massage of localised areas. Apply pressure with your fingers to the area to be treated, and massage for between 1 and 10 minutes to relieve sore muscles and joints. Wash your hands after use.

Precautions for use
For adults only. Apply occasionally. Do not use on pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not use if you are allergic to salicylates or to any of the ingredients. Do not use in combination with anticoagulants, except on medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use on damaged skin. Do not apply to the face. Keep out of sight and reach of children. For external use. In the event of discomfort, discontinue use.
