Puressentiel Muscles & Joints Friction Arnica 200 ml helps with sports preparation and recovery. It can be used as a compress, friction or massage. It is recommended for sportspeople.

Directions for use
Stir the flacon before use.
- In friction : pour into the palm of your hand and apply once a day to the areas concerned.
- As a compress : apply to the area concerned using cotton wool or a compress soaked in friction, once a day to the areas concerned. Not for oral use.
Wash hands after application.
- After exercise : massage in deeper to relax, soften and prevent tension.

Precautions for use
Arnica friction is for adults only. Do not use on pregnant or breast-feeding women or on people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. If signs persist for more than 7 days, seek medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged skin. For external use (max 1 ml/day, i.e. 20-25 drops).

alcohol, isopropyl myristate, turpentine, aqua (water), melaleuca leucadendron cajuputi leaf oil, pinus sylvestris leaf oil, gaultheria procumbens (wintergreen) leaf oil, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf oil, limonene, mentha piperita oil, lavandula hybrida grosso herb oil, melaleuca viridiflora leaf oil, eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, myristica fragrans (nutmeg) kernel oil, origanum majorana flower oil, juniperus communis wood oil, eugenia caryophyllus (clove) bud oil, arnica montana flower extract, anthemis nobilis flower oil, linalool, eugenol, geraniol, isoeugenol, coumarin, citral, benzyl alcohol.
