Puressentiel Essential Oil Black Spruce Organic 5 ml is obtained by complete distillation of the needles by steam entrainment.

Use Directions
To use in the bath, diluted in the neutral bath and shower base Puressentiel (1 drop maximum in 5 ml or in 1 cap), or in massage, face, hair and body care, diluted in the neutral massage oil Puressentiel (1 drop maximum in 5 ml). Maximum 1 time per day, occasional use.

Precautions for use
Keep out of reach of children. Never use undiluted. For adults only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on pregnant or breast-feeding women, people with a history of convulsions or those allergic to essential oils. For people undergoing medical treatment, consult a health professional. For external use. Store away from light, air and heat.
