Puressentiel Muscles & Joints Roller with 14 Essential Oils 75 ml helps to relieve musculo-articular pain, relax and soothe muscular contractures. The roller is recommended for sportspeople (before and after exercise) and people suffering from acute or chronic muscular and joint pain (torticollis, backache, contractures, aches, stiffness...). 

Directions for use
Well shake the roller then apply to aching joints or muscles (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, feet), 3 times a day. You can also use more product and carry out a manual massage, in which case wash your hands after use.

Precautions for use
Does not recommended for children under 7 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with a history of seizure disorders or epilepsy, or people allergic to salicylates. For elderly people undergoing medical treatment or in case of doubt, seek the advice of a health specialist. Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes and injured skin. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse with water and vegetable oil. Do not use on allergy sufferers without first carrying out a skin test. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
