Pranarôm Essential Oil Scots Pine 10 ml. Scots pine provides an essential oil long known by our grandmothers who, even back then, benefited from the balsamic action on the bronchi by inhaling this essential oil from northern climates. It thrives in mountainous, sandy or gravelly soils. It has purple-grey bark, acicular, robust leaves, male yellow and female red flowers and an ovoid cone which is green then brown when ripe.

Directions for use
2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral base (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).

Precautions for use
Cutaneous irritation (dermocaustic) possible in pure form. Keep out of reach of young children. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Unless authorised, do not use during pregnancy or when breast-feeding, or on children under 3 years of age. Store away from heat and light.
