Pranarôm Digestarom Digest Stop 20 Capsules is a dietary supplement that combines star anise and caraway essential oils, activated charcoal and psyllium to Regulating stool frequency.

Directions for use
- Adults: the initial dose is 2 capsules, followed, if necessary, by 1 capsule after each unmoulded bowel movement.
- Teenagers aged 12 to 18 years: the initial dose is 1 capsule, followed, if necessary, by 1 capsule after each unmoulded stool. Never exceed 8 capsules in a 24-hour period.

Precautions for use
Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use for more than 14 days. Keep away from sources of heat and light. This product is not a medicine. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not to be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by children under the age of 12. Ask a health professional for advice. Do not use concomitantly with medication.

activated plant carbon 2000 mg; psyllium powder (plantago ovata) 1200 mg; coating (capsule): hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; essential oils: illicium verum (star anise) 75 mg, carum carvi (caraway) 75 mg; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
