Pranarôm Aromanoctis Sleep and Relaxation Spray 150 ml helps you relax and promotes sleep.

Directions for use
- In the atmosphere: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds in each corner of the bedroom.
- On bed linen: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds 20cm away on the sheet under the pillow, on the collar of pyjamas, or on a handkerchief placed near the pillow.

Precautions for use
Danger. Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: may burst when heated. May cause skin allergy. Causes severe eye irritation. Harmful to aquatic organisms, causes long-term adverse effects. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. Do not smoke. Do not spray on an open flame or any other source of ignition. Do not puncture or burn, even after use. Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. In case of skin contact: wash with plenty of soap and water. In case of contact with eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to remove. Continue rinsing. In the event of irritation, skin rash or persistent eye irritation: consult a doctor. Protect from sunlight. Children under 3 and pregnant women: spray in their absence, 30 minutes before they return to the room. Ditto before bedtime. Not recommended for sensitive individuals (e.g. asthmatics, allergy sufferers or those with a history of convulsions). Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C. Avoid release into the environment. Dispose of contents/container in a hazardous or special waste collection centre.
