Pohl Boskamp GeloMuc Respiratory Therapy Device clears the airways and eliminates resistant bronchial mucus. This device is intended for people suffering from chronic secretory respiratory diseases leading to a high production of mucus that is difficult to evacuate (asthma, bronchiectasis).

Directions for use
Sit at a table and relax your elbows on the top of the table. Take the GeloMuc in your hand and make sure the air holes in the head section are free. Wrap your mouth around your lips and inhale deeply and evenly through your nose. Hold your breath for 1 or 2 seconds. Then exhale slowly and relax into the mouthpiece of the GeloMuc, avoiding the formation of thick cheeks. Overall, it is recommended to repeat this process several times a day, always paying attention to breathing deeply but not exhausted. To avoid dizziness or exhaustion, make sure you allow plenty of breaks. This device can only be used by one person. It is advisable to clean the GeloMuc daily by dismantling all the parts and placing them in boiling water, completely covered with water. In the event of heavy soiling, clean first with soap under running water. Parts placed in the cutlery basket can also be cleaned in the dishwasher. Leave to dry overnight on a clean cloth. Children: carry out the therapy at set times, having clearly explained how it works and the purpose of the therapy. In the beginning, do the exercises with the child. Ask them regularly if they are making progress (less coughing, better breathing).
