Poderm Bruised Nails Serum 8 ml repairs and protects black nails, traumatised by repeated micro-shocks in closed shoes, football, rugby, trail, ski, running shoes... This product nourishes and improves the appearance of sports nails (black nails/blue nails) and prevents nail damage. This product is not a medicine: it protects the nail from wearing closed shoes and improves the visual appearance of the nail.

Directions for use
The bottle is fitted with an applicator brush. For optimum effectiveness, apply the product to the nail, its contours, cuticles, nail bed and grooves. Apply the oil-serum every morning and evening and allow it to penetrate. For topical application, suitable for all toenails and fingernails, and for the whole family. Recommended as a preventive treatment for athletes. It is recommended to consult a chiropodist at least once or twice a year to keep the skin and nails of the feet in good health
