Pileje Omegabiane Poissons de Mers Froides 100 Capsules is an EPA and DHA-based dietary supplement that contributes to normal heart function. 3 capsules a day provide 225 mg EPA and 150 mg DHA. The effective dose of EPA and DHA is 250 mg/day.

Directions for use
1 to 3 capsules a day, to be swallowed with a glass of water. Duration of supplementation: 1 to 3 months. Storage: in a cool, dry place.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the daily dose indicated. Keep out of reach of children. This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Best consumed before the end date and batch number indicated on the underside of the box.
