Phytosun Aroms Stress Triple Action 30 Tablets is an effective essential oil-based solution that can be used to cope with the pressures of a busy life by helping to promote relaxation and soothing.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule morning and evening before meals, for 15 days. For intense periods, take 1 capsule morning, noon and evening before meals, for 10 days. Repeat if necessary. Ask your pharmacist for advice.

Precautions for use
Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Caution when driving (risk of drowsiness). Not recommended during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. From age 12 (parental supervision recommended). Not recommended for people with a history of liver disease or taking drugs known to cause hepatic side effects. Ask your pharmacist for advice if you suffer from low blood pressure or migraines, or if you are taking any other medication at the same time, especially sleeping pills.
