Descriptions
Phytosun Aroms Occasional Constipation 10 Sachets facilitates and accelerates transit. It thus restores intestinal transit during an imbalance and helps to maintain regular bowel movements.

Directions for use
Dilute the contents of one sachet in a large glass of water (250ml). Mix thoroughly and drink immediately. To promote regular transit: take one sachet a day, ideally with breakfast. In the event of occasional constipation, the dosage can be increased to two (2) sachets a day. Medical advice is recommended if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. From age 12

Precautions for use
Restricted to adults and children aged 12 and over. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use in the event of oesophageal disorders (e.g. difficulty swallowing), intestinal obstruction/blockage, faecal impaction or gastrointestinal atony (muscular weakness of the intestinal walls). Intestinal absorption of sugar and cholesterol may be reduced by taking Phytosun Arôms Occasional Constipation however this cannot replace ongoing treatment for diabetic patients and those suffering from hypercholesterolaemia. Diabetic patients should therefore carefully monitor their blood sugar levels and seek advice from a healthcare professional if necessary. Space the intake of Phytosun Arôms Occasional Constipation and another medicine 2 hours apart. Due to the increase in fibre intake, flatulence or bloating may occur during the first few days. However, these effects should diminish over the following days.

Psyllium husk (plantago ovata/plantago ispaghula), chia seed (salvia hispanica), silicon dioxide, sorbitol, magnesium stearate, tricalcium phosphate, citric acid, natural orange flavouring, natural orange colouring, sucralose.
