Phytosun Arôms Roman Chamomile Essential Oil has properties:
- Sedative, powerful calming of the central nervous system.
- Powerful antispasmodic (anti-cramps, anti-hoquet, anti-spasms).

It also has analgesic and pre-anaesthetic virtues (calms pain, numbs the skin), anti-inflammatory, it calms itching and allergies.

Directions for use
1 drop 3 times a day on a neutral base.
Daily dose for 3 drops: 101 mg.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Take in addition to a varied and balanced diet. Do not use on children unless advised by a doctor.
Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with a history of epilepsy or those hypersensitive to Essential Oils.
Never take undiluted orally.
Never take more than 2 drops per dose, nor more than 8 drops per day.
