Phytosun Arôms Essential Oil of Java Lemongrass helps to spend summer nights in peace. My oil is indicated for improving joint comfort.

Directions for use
- Oral way: 1 to 2 drops per dose on a neutral tablet, on a crust of bread or in a spoonful of honey, 2 to 3 times a day.
- Skin: 1 drop undiluted locally or 2 to 5 drops diluted in a vegetable oil, 3 times a day.
- Diffusion: a few drops undiluted or in combination with other essential oils.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. To be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use on children unless advised by a doctor. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a history of epilepsy or if you are hypersensitive to essential oils. Never take undiluted by mouth. Never take more than 2 drops per dose, nor more than 8 drops per day.
