Directions for use
Do not take alone as an irritant.
Associate 1 drop with 3 drops of Yellow Lemon Essence and take 2 drops of this mixture 3 to 4 times a day on a neutral base.
Do not exceed 8 drops a day.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
To be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Do not use on children unless advised by a doctor.
Do not use on pregnant or breast-feeding women, people with a history of epilepsy or people who are hypersensitive to Essential Oils.
Never take undiluted by mouth without a carrier.
Never take more than 2 drops per dose, nor more than 8 drops per day.
