Phytoresearch Silicon Chondroitin & Glucosamine 500 ml is a formula specially developed to meet high silicon requirements, while providing chondroitin and glucosamine, two essential constituents of cartilage.

Directions for use
- Attack phase: Take 30 ml daily, preferably before breakfast, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice. Do not take undiluted. It is recommended to follow this attack phase for 15 days, then follow the maintenance phase.

- Maintenance phase: Take 15 ml daily, preferably before breakfast, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice. Do not take undiluted. It is recommended that you take the product for a minimum of 3 months.

It can be taken continuously throughout the year if required and can be kept for 4 months after opening in the refrigerator. Shake before use.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use on children, pregnant or breast-feeding women. If you are taking medication, ask your doctor for advice. This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep away from heat and light and out of the reach of young children.

Dynamised purified water, choline, glucosamine sulphate (shellfish), chondroitin sulphate (fish), silicon (orthosilicic acid), acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
