Descriptions
Physiomer Nasal Hygiene Gentle Spray 135 ml washes, moisturises and de-clogs the nasal cavity. Its spray jet allows daily use and gently evacuates excess secretions.

Directions for use
Wash your hands and fit the nasal nozzle. Tilt your head to one side at the sink. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and apply pressure to release the solution. After a few seconds, the solution should come out of the other nostril, indicating that the wash has been completed. Repeat with the other nostril. Blow your nose. Wash the nozzle under warm water after each use.
