How to use Physiodose Sérum Physiologique?
- For nasal and ocular hygiene

Physiodose can be used daily for nasal and ocular hygiene, at a rate of 1 to 6 washes per day, depending on requirements. Do not use the same single-dose for nasal and ocular use.

- For nasal hygiene
Instillation or washing for dry or congested noses.

Directions for use
Tilt head back, insert tip into nostril and press lightly on single-dose. Repeat for the other nostril. Tilt the head back to allow mucus to drain out, then wipe away any excess. Do not blow your nose violently for 10 minutes after administration. In infants, instil the product with the minimum amount of pressure to avoid any risk of contamination of the middle ear.

- For eye hygiene
Instillation, washing or bathing. If you are being treated with eye drops, wait 15 minutes before instilling them.
