Ortis Sleep & Go Sleep 30 Tablets is a dietary supplement in tablet form based on passionflower, hops, lemon balm and eschscholtzia. The synergistic action of lemon balm, eschscholtzia, hops and passionflower promotes quality sleep. Hops help you to relax and fall asleep more easily. Lemon balm and eschscholtzia improve the quality of sleep.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet with the evening meal and 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime with a large glass of water. The dose can be reduced to 1 tablet as required.

Precautions for use
It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily portion. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Pregnancy and breast-feeding: medical advice recommended. Suitable for vegetarians.
